Stop Error, and PC automatically powers off while gaming, or Idle !

Hi,
The problem started 7 months ago, but it was minor. Mostly, while gaming, in the main menu, the PC just shuts down. Sometimes it gives me " Stop errors". The last STOP error was 0X0000007F.
I've updated BIOS and the Graphics Driver.
