BSOD playing City of Heroes and AION, Kernel 41 Error

Just purchased a ViBox Destroyer and had to return it cos of a faulty harddrive.
Installed my old PC harddrive to check the rest of the system was ok but was getting BSOD when playing AION and also randomly while idling.

PC returned today, passed all benchmarking tests but Blue screened again when running City of Heroes at High Rez.

Total PC noob so plain english appreciated.

    Running Windows 7 64bit
AMD Phenom ii x4 956 processor
    16mb ram
    ATI Radeon HD6770 GPU

    Hello y2kmorty & welcome!

    Memory
Please follow this tutorial. A memory corruption has been interrupting.

    MemTest86+

    Bugcheck
    Code:
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 00002a800aaa57d0, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002ab5f00, address which referenced memory

OK i ran Verifier and PC BSOD after approx 10mins of normal use.
i dont log in to my pc when i boot up, and i have admin rights but the system tells me i do not have the necessary permissions to zip or open the dumpfiles ?

The PC has now revealed a 2nd symptom in that it occasionally locks up, the monitor goes into standby, keyboard stops functioning, (ie cant get caps/num lock to light up) and PC can only be reset by switching off the power (reset and power buttons do nothing)

My PC supplier told me they had the machine running loadtesting apps for 2 days when i sent it back previously, and suggested i use a different keyboard/monitor and unplug any other devices.
    This has made no difference.
