BSOD while trying to install Windows 7 home premium 64 bit on new HDD

I have a dell studio 1558 (laptop). and i was getting the BSOD for quite some time until my computer stopped working.it would read "BootMGR Missing". so i contacted dell and they sent a tech guy and he replaced the motherboard,HDD,and 1 stick of 4Gb DDR3 ram. as the image that was on the HDD already was installing it froze up and became corrupt(tech guy said it was just bad luck and it happens from time to time.) so i got a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit install disk and did a repair and started to reinstall windows with the disk. it gets to about 3%, then the BSOD pops up with the code "STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000,0xFFFFFA80045E9028,0X00000000BA000000,0X0000000000400405)..after this, i rebooted and went to the system recovery and it said that there is a problem that could not be fixed automaticly. so i just dont know what to do,i'm getting tired of calling dell because they just keep telling me to run the same tests and everything always passes in the tests but the BSOD keeps returning. so if anyone can shed some light on my problem please help.

    Hi Vaughn,

An error code 0x00000124 usually indicates a hardware problem. In order for the BSOD analysts to help you, please do the following:

Run this, not forgetting step 5:

System Info - See Your System Specs

And lastly please followe these instructions:
