Hey Mike and welcome!
Acronis
One of your dump contained a conflict on the Acronis True Image Snapshot Manager driver. It's either installed on the web, but it's also an extension in some Seagate Disk Wizards. If you have any chance to remove it that'll be cool.
DirectX
Your DirectX files are likely broken.
Update it here.
MemTest86+
Maybe- a memory corruption, test it with Memtest86+, and pay attention to part 3 in the tutorial.
Update Speedfan
Your Speedfan-driver is old and needs to be updated.

Fred.
Thank you i will try to upload a new dump once i get a chance tonight.
Only AFTER following FredeGails suggestions
I notice your avast which is often at least a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace your Avast with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST
http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe
