I just uninstalled the SoundMax driver from Lenovo and I have changed the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP3 on the setup.exe. I started the install and received the following error message: Driver not found! Reboot your system and run this setup again. I am rebooting now.

After a couple of reboots, I was able to get the SoundMax driver reinstalled in compatibility mode. I did get an error about 'No ADI codec driver installed' after the installation. I did one more reboot, and did not get that error again and the sound is working. Any ideas on the new minidump file?

I do appreciate your help on this.

Removed MagicISO and rebooted. Tested with Juniper Network Connect and it did not crash. I will continue to monitor to see if this fixed the issue.

Thank you.
