Have you run a check disk from Windows (Start Menu->My Computer->Right Click Hard Disk(s)->Properties->Tools->Check Now->Check Automatically fix file system errors->Start->Run when the computer restarts if necessary)?
Also, since one of your BSOD was related to a system file, I would suggest running SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Update DirectX if needed, re-install the display adapter driver using the method I suggested if DirectX did not fix the problem, run a check disk if those two do not fix it, and then run the system file checker if the previous three fixes do not work.
