0xc000000D ntoskrnl.exe missing or corrupt

it's not really a bluescreen, but a message i receive when i try to start my windows.
i'm currently dual booting 2 windows 7 installations on 2 different disks.
the backup one is working fine.

what changed in the past few days since i have this:
installed a new audio card Asus Xonar D1.
and before that i extended the Windows 7 partition with another 10GB using a program called Easeus Partition master Server edition.
in the process the whole disk converted to dynamic disk.
after that the Windows 7 did boot 2-3 times,
in this time i also installed a new audio card, after one boot got that message.

i've then moved several files from my backup windows 7 installation to the original.
i moved ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll + some drivers acpi.sys, pci.sys ect.

the Original windows installation managed to boot but after one reboot
gave the same message.

i removed the card thinking it may be the cause, same issue.
i've ran the windows 7 recovery mode, went to x:\windows\system32 and copied the files again.

nothing i do can repair this problem, i really need that windows to run even for a couple of hours for me to backup important things and then i'll use my backup installation as my primary.

thanks for any help.
