BSOD on Shut-down, error 0x0000009F (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE)

Hi Thanks in advance, for reading and helping. This BSOD occurs as I after I update intel driver (automatic detect from Intel utility), system hangs in shut-down mode, then crashes to above BSOD.
