Windows 7: BSOD on random times.

Hello everyone i have been getting bsod for a long time now. i don't know what is causing this issue. i have re install windows 7 and i would still get bsod and freezes.
i will upload my mini dump file.
i would really like to get this problem fix. if you need to know my pc's specs please let me know

These three blamed on 3 different OS files. Please run a SFC to verify and repair them.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

It may need to be run up to three times before sucessful

ok i have done it twice to verify. here is the screenshot of it. what should i do now?

It found files that it was unable to fix. Upload the cbs.log file. If the files are important you may need to do a repair install or restore from a backup.

Problems not fixed include networking, and others. Do you have a backup you can restore from?

i recently re install windows i didn't make a back up. is the issue a software or hardware issue?

Looks like software but unsure.
