BSOD while gaming, BCC Code:d1

Hello, I have been trying to do some pc gaming as of recently on my laptop and have recently started to run into some ugly BSOD's. My laptop's specs are: Intel Core2 Extreme X7800 running at 2.6ghz currently, Nvidia Geforce 8800m gts, 300gb seagate 54000rpm hdd, 4gb ram, and windows 7 ultimate 64bit. Ive recently been trying to play Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Star Wars: The Old Republic beta when this error occurs. Information that windows gives me on this BSOD is as follows:

There appears to be a memory access problem, and also an issue with DirectX. These suggest a possible memory problem, possible need to update your DirectX, or a problem with your graphics driver.

You should run RAM - Test with Memtest86+ overnight tonight. In the meantime, we can start with updating DirectX.
