Are you by chance running a modified Kernel (ie a non original MS OS)?

ntkrlstaforce.exe isnt a "standard" OS file?

    "from a malware blog site"
you're using a modified kernel (NTKRLSTAFORCE.EXE). That's not supported by anyone. Since all kaspersky versions provide extended protection with deep ties into the kernel, expect it won't work.
so basically, if you're using a modified kernel:
-if it works: good for you
-if it doesn't: s***s for you

NTKRLSTAFORCE.EXE is no original window file. It's a software written by a russian programmer to kind of circumvent the RAM Usage limitations of x-86 machines. It was programmed for Build 7600 RTM and NOT for SP1
According to my DNS, the programmer's website doesn't exist anymore: http://www.staforce.msk.ru
So your options are basically limited to either get rid of it or go back to Windows 7 Build 7600 RTM and try to get a working copy Make Windows 7 x86 support more than 4GB RAM

Apparently you don't have a working backup so there is nothing else I could suggest, sorry
