BSOD possibly caused by dtsoftbus01 on new build

    Hi guys,

I've been getting a BSOD sometimes on start up or shortly after. I've used the debugger to check the dump file and the driver that would appear to be faulty is dtsoftbus01 which from what I read is daemon tools. I had daemon tools on this computer at one point in time but I've since reformatted my hard drive so daemon tools shouldn't still be installed right? I'll also include the section of the dump that I think points to daemon tools.

    STACK_COMMAND: .bugcheck ; kb

    SYMBOL_NAME: dtsoftbus01+1308

    FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner

    MODULE_NAME: dtsoftbus01

    IMAGE_NAME: dtsoftbus01.sys

    DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 4dfb047d

    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: x64_0xc9_23e_VRF_dtsoftbus01+1308

    BUCKET_ID: x64_0xc9_23e_VRF_dtsoftbus01+1308

Also may be listed as Related to dtsoftbus01.sys Virtual Bus Driver from DT Soft Ltd. It is often a cause of BSOD's

Remove the app using it in add/remove. If you cant find it rename the driver to *.bak so it cant load
