| | BSOD When Plugging USB Into Laptop (Error: 0x0000003B) Hi, New to this fourms  Whenever i plug a USB into a port, it will simply crash with the error or the device will not appear in My Computers. However, if i plug my external hard drive , everything seems to work. My laptop is a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, which is originally installed onto this laptop and came with it baught my laptop this year around July (OEM) |

I would remove it to test. |

| | Thanks so much zigzag! Removing it solved my problem of crashing. But just wondering, whenever i connect a usb that caused it to crash, it wouldn't appear in My Computers but it appears in Device Manager |

| | If you look into this image, i connected my Lexar USB , it appears in Device Manager but does not appear in My Computer.  |

Right click the drive in device manager>properties>driver> is it working properly and enabled? check this tutorial for generic USB help. USB Driver - General Fix for Problems |

| | Tried the tutorial a few times and its still not working =( Its working all properly and everything is enabled |
