You have a similar problem to this: Error Code:%%-2140993535 and Event ID: 7033__Error - Microsoft Answers

I do not think that is what is causing the blue screen error; try fixing it and let me know, though.

BSOD related to memory corruption. Run Memtest86+ paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial.

When you did scannow, did it find any errors, or did it say there were no integrity violations?

That points toward a graphics card problem. You should update your display driver driver as follows:
1. Download and install Driver Sweeper
2. Download the latest driver for your graphics card
3. Click Start Menu
4. Right Click My Computer
5. Click Manage
6. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
7. Click the + next to Display adapter
8. Right click your device
9. Click Uninstall
10. Check the box to Delete driver software for the device
11. Click OK
12. Restart your computer in safe mode
13. Run Driver Sweeper, select graphics manufacturer drivers only, analyze, clean
14. Restart your computer
15. Install the latest drivers
