Windows Explorer Crash/Restart over and over and over

So seemingly out of nowhere today when I woke up, my 'Windows Explorer' kept crashing and restarting and would just repeat this process repeatedly.

Restarting did no help

System Restore did no help

Cleared all 3rd party startup programs (in both startmeun:startup and msconfig)

Ran Windows Security Essentials virus scan (found nothing)

Did Chkdsk scan

Did the ''Sfc /scannow scans

None of these helped

I am able to boot in Safe Mode w/ Networking (how I'm on now) and it doesnt do it.

Someone told me to try and system update, but Safe Mode doesn't let you do that does it?

What are my options from here?
