BSOD Everytime I Open MS Office 2010 0x00000019
Hi, I have been getting BSODs every time I open an office file (excel, word, powerpoint) on my laptop using MS Office Standard 2010. This is consistent and happens everytime an Office file is opened.
Now the interesting thing is that it all works fine when I log into the my local user. The BSODs only happen when I am logged into my work domain. Also, the BSOD seems to happen using Excel, Word, Power Point. Outlook runs fine.
So far I have reinstalled office. I have run sfc /scannow 2 times and it has found nothing. I have installed BlueScreenView to try and diagnose the error. All I can find is that it says it is caused by win32k.sys and I don't know where to go from there. I have checked the video, audio and intel drivers and they seem up to date. I plan on running memtest tonight.
I received the laptop on Friday. It was working fine on the domain Friday afternoon and Monday morning. It started happening late monday morning and I hadn't changed anything at that point.
My laptop is a Metabox P170HM
i7 2960XM
GTX580M
16GB 1600 RAM
256GB Crucial SSD
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 OEM
I have attached the dump files as per the instructions in the sub-forum. Apart from the memtest I am getting to the limits of what I can do to diagnose this. I'll let you know how that goes tomorrow.
