BSOD after 5 - 10 mins of torrent client startup (Netio.sys)

I am getting BSOD after 5 - 10 mins of torrent client startup (Netio.sys ). I face no issues when the torrent client is not running. I tried updating drivers and installing a different torrent client but the issue still persists...

I have uploaded the crash dumps and the snapshot of the BSOD. Can anyone pls help me resolve this issue..

Most often Netio.sys is really your Malware app. In your case McAfee.

I do notice McAffee which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)
