BSOD while away from computer + occasionally during use

Hello, I've recently been getting some BSOD's when my computer comes out of sleep mode, and once recently when I was just skyping a friend. I have no idea what is causing it. Hopefully my crash report can give some information!

    Thank you :)

    x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? --- x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? -----Windows 7
    - an OEM or full retail version? ----- OEM
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? 9 months
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 9 months

Thank you very much, I think that did it. As for another problem, I'm not sure if I should create a new thread for it, but I'll mention it anyway.

Recently when my computer goes into sleep mode and I try to wake it with my mouse or keyboard, it will turn on and the motherboard bios screen comes on, but after that the screen will occasionally go black with no Windows 7 startup screen like normal. I am then able to control my mouse during the black screen, but after a little bit it will freeze and I have to turn off my computer and reboot.

Upon reboot, it will say "Resuming Windows," but never follows through, so I have to reset it again which finally allows me to start up.

Would anyone know what I could do to fix this? It doesn't happen every time it goes into sleep time, about 50%. It started happening within the past week.
