BSOD - unable to verify timestamp for ntkrnlpa.exe or whatever
Hi All,
Been facing BSOD few times in a day.
Here's the scenario, previously everything was ok until remove my anti virus and some other files which i forgotten. and the BSOD appears, when i install a different AV, the problem still appears, when i view youtube video, BSOD again. when i watch video files, BSOD. when i run too many tasks - BSOD again.
mostly it says BAD POOL CALLER.
after all these BSOD, i tried update my graphic driver, and its still BSOD.
fed up, i formatted my drive and start everything from scratch.
so for fresh start in 5 days, i turn off windows update, never install AV and just run it by default and see how it goes. so far so good. no BSOD.
so next when i install AV, few days later it's BSOD again. so i removed it and do a Windows System Restore. so temporary no more AV. and i proceed to install
my canon printer driver and a software image viewer. it's BSOD again.
so i try downloading debugging software and open up the dump file and only says some error as shown below (i don't know what's that means)
unable to verify timestamp for ntkrnlpa.exe
also attached the dump file for you to review as instructed in forum.
Appreciate any of your kind advise.
My OS: Windows 7 ultimate x32 bit
Machine: Toshiba Portege T110 laptop.
Thank you!
