Blue Screen Dump from Friend's Computer

Today I took a look at a friend's laptop. She was very vague about what has been wrong. She said it just crashes somethings and runs really slow. I ruled out malware and damaged Windows files. Device manager showed no conflicts. She did get a blue screen today so I snagged the dump file and am attaching it. I used BlueScreenView to take a peek at it and there was another file responsible along with ntoskrnl.

    It's an HP laptop, Windows 7 x64.

Literally half of her machine's OS needs updating. Actually were it mine I would clean install win 7.

    These need updating.

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

That's a lot of outdated stuff. She can't do a reinstall; her computer is a pre-built HP laptop. I don't even think she has the disk.

How did you find out all those were out-of-date?

I was going to use the Uniblue program mentioned on one of the links but I checked it out and it has a lot of negative reviews, and I know their registry cleaner is known to cause problems. I got another program called SlimDrivers. It found 7 drivers that needed updating and I was updating those but I went home for the night.

If it is a pre-built HP it may have a factory reset/restore partition. You can do a restore from it

Drivers dates were found in WinDBG (WinDeBugger). We dont recommend using a driver "Sweeper" applcation as they all depend on a database that may or may not be up to date.
