That's a lot of outdated stuff. She can't do a reinstall; her computer is a pre-built HP laptop. I don't even think she has the disk.
How did you find out all those were out-of-date?
I was going to use the Uniblue program mentioned on one of the links but I checked it out and it has a lot of negative reviews, and I know their registry cleaner is known to cause problems. I got another program called SlimDrivers. It found 7
drivers that needed updating and I was updating those but I went home for the night.
