Hi all, you guys did a great job of solving the BSOD problem on my laptop, but now my PC is playing up so I need your help again

When I try to shutdown my PC it nearly always hangs at the "Logging Off" or "Shutting Down" screen, the only time it shuts down properly is immediately aftwer it has been freshly started. It seems to me that a program or driver is causing the problem.

if you can tell me what you need I can attach it asap.

I am not sure what caused this with the problem of shutdown or logging off in hanging. My computer is:

Acer M3450 with Microsoft Windows 7 with 64X. Yes I did ran through anti-virus or malware to see if any issues caused this. All I have is clean with no virus or malware. Any idea what next to correct this problem. Remember I am new with Windows 7 after many years with Windows XP Professional and never have Vista before got this new comptuer.

Your help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

John
