BSOD Quite sure its GPU, or GPU Driver. Need Help.

I've been getting a lot of BSOD's lately, this happened after newly installing a GPU, Mobo, PSU, and CPU.
I'm not good at this debugging, so I was wondering, could I upload the files somewere for someone to help me figure it out?
This is really frustrating, because there all new parts at one time, so I can't really tell, but the reason I think its the GPU is because, lately I have been getting a lot of "Driver stopped responding and recovered successfully, from my GPU.
    Thanks for any replies.

    My System:
    Windows 7 64bit
    AMD Phenom ii x4 965 @ 3.80GHz
    ASRock 970 Extreme3
    Asus Radeon HD 6870 DirectCU
    Corsair GS800 800 watt

Dump + Perfmon Files: In Attachment.

Download and install the new version of Driver Sweeper.

Download the most recent software\driver for your ati AMD Graphics Drivers & Software.

Uninstall ati software, restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper, choose only AMD-Display and clean, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

    Update DirectX restart.

Read very carefully the instructions and run amd-video-card-test,post here the results.

My GPU doesn't support Cuda so I can't Memtest, But I can do the first test.
    I'm doing it on 1920 x 1080 for 1 hour.
