dxgkrnal.sys and nvlddmkm.sys crashes

I'm in the midst of finals week and keep getting dxgkrnal.sys, dxgmms1.sys, and nvlddmkm.sys errors. This is causing my screen to periodically go black and system to freeze. Occasionally I'll get a blue screen.

EVGA suggests that it's caused by a conflict between the video card on board HD audio drivers and the systems audio drivers. I tried following their troubleshooting steps (EVGA FAQ Help Center) but it didn't do a thing.

Help!!

System Specs:

Corsair CMPSU-750TX 750W
WD Caviar Black 1TB 7200RPM 6.0Gb/s

I've updated all drivers, ran extensive memory tests (no errors), re-installed windows, tried higher power supply (850W), and have been to hell and back with the issues not going away.

I tried using a NVIDIA GTX560ti and the system works fine. But once I put the GTX470 back in, I get the same errors.
