Safe mode starts to load but then gets to a point where it stops at classpnp.sys. Then after a while it goes to a black screen where I can see the mouse cursor.
Is there a way I can retrieve my personal info and programs to an external hard disk and then format the whole thing? Or is my hardware damaged? :s

<-- c scan. The d scan stops at 40%. Yesterday I left it to complete.. It found errors and tried to fix them but apparently it failed.

<-- other thing you asked me to do.

How can I copy my files to an external disk? Using what commands?

The easiest way to do it in your case is get a hold of a Linux CD, and boot into the live mode, then copy the files you need to your external drive ... Good Luck!

Let it finish and show me all errors. First the diskstructure must be fixed before copying files. Is it a long list of errors?

Do you have an usb external harddisk to save your data on? Your windows partition is 283 GB (or is it 203GB? screenshot is not very sharp). Use an external harddisk with lots of free space. Do you see the usb drive in command prompt?
    diskpart
    list vol
    exit

is it listed? I assume its drive letter is G, is that correct? if so:
    Code:
    md g:\backup_c
    robocopy d:\ g:\backup_c /e /b /efsraw /copyall /dcopy:t /r:2 /w:5 /xj /xd "System Volume Information" /XF pagefile.sys hiberfil.sys
