0x00000124 solution? .dmp file and screenscho uploaded

Hello! My PC is crashing several times a day and it is very annoying. I am uploading the crash screen and the .dmp file and I'd be very happy if someone help me :) I've searched a lot of similar threads but cant find a proper solution. I still think the problem is the video card - it may need cooling, but not sure.
However, if somebody help me, thanks in advance!

A stop error of 0x124 is a general hardware error.

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.
    Some generic advice.

    If you are overclocking STOP.
Return to the default settings at least for now.

If you are running a RAID update its driver.

Thank you! I am very happy someone answered. And no, I am not overclocking. I don't know what RAID is and how to update it but I'll definitely keep reading about the problem of mine.

No warranty at all Its like 5 years old (or maybe older) its using 2x512 DDR RAM, AMD Sempron Processor 2800+ 1,6 GHz and nVidia video card (256mb). I use it for browsing the net, talking with skype and listening to music/watching movies. But this crash is so annoying!
Thanks again, have a nice day! :)
