    BSOD running IE9, error 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

    Hi all
First time poster, from what I have seen the community is really helpful and thanks in advance for all the assistance.
I've had a new computer for close to 3 weeks. In that time I have had 6 BSOD, all of which (if I recall correctly) when I was browsing the web (IE9). Quite a few of these were while watching youtube.
    Computer is:
    i7 2600k
    Powercolor Vortex 2 6950 GPU
    16Gb Ripjaw RAM
    Windows 7 home premium, IE9

Im attaching the zipped history of my dmp files. Any help would be truly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Def

Memory exception (probably Related to SCMNdisP.sys NDIS User mode I/O Driver from Windows (R) Codename Longhorn DDK provider yours from 2007) I would re-install newest version.

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
