Windows 7: after formating hdd, pc wont boot

after formating hdd, pc wont boot

Hello ! , i just formated my hdd, but after restarting my pc, i put windows 7 to dvd rom , but it still writes me :

Realtek PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller Seriess v2.25 (090112)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exitin PXE ROM.



What i have to do to make it boot?

Look in the BIOS, or remove HD Drive, you find the manufacturer's sticker.
