PC Freeze with Event ID 8032 and 8021

I am running Win 7 Home Premium x64 and IE9. The freezes seemed to start when I changed from Roboform to LastPass. The freeze happens when I get a dialog to generate a secure password. System freezes. Sometimes it will come back after 15-30 seconds or more. Sometimes I have to crash out to get control back. In checking the event viewer the only entries about that same time are 8032 and 8021.

Can someone help me troubleshoot?
