    BSOD error 1000007e 2057

Occasional BSOD or system freezes for 20-30 seconds, always so far as I remember while using Mozilla (Did upgrade to 8 but have gone back to 7.01)

Recent upgrade to new version of Robotform

Windows patched up to date. Kaspersky 2012

W7 Professional x86 Dell OEM 10/09 not reinstalled.

Problem 1st arose about one month ago. Happens probably once a day

I've followed those, however the OCCT test has moved on to version 4 and I seem to have trouble finding the instructions for that

However, I've run each test and I can clearly see from the screen that the graphics display struggles and freezes in test 4, the other tests appearing to run fine (I ran the first one for 30 minutes and everything seemed stable)

I haven't tried to interpret the results but perhaps you'd have a look and advise or alternatively tell me if I haven't managed to capture what is needed

    Many thanks

Do the freezes occur only in Firefox? If so try to disable the "Hardware Acceleration" feature of Firefox
Your graphics card may need to be replaced, it should not be freezing in the test unless something is going wrong at the hardware level.

I'm thinking it's the graphics card coming to the end of its natural. Once the test got up to 70fps it only took 3 or 4 minutes before it began to stutter and then freeze altogether, although the BSOD stayed away

For the time being I've disabled it via the BIOS and I'll run with the integrated graphics on the mobo for a day or so and see if the problem has gone

    Many thanks in the meanwhile

Now removed graphics card and reverted to using integrated graphics on mobo

    No further problems

Shame sapphire card little more than 2 years old, but there you go

    Many thanks for help
