My computer gradually starts to BSOD constantly every couple months

I have been on these forums for help before, with the same blue screening computer. I still, and my manufacturing company, hasn't been able to find the problem and fix it for more than a few weeks/months. I have emails dating back to over a year ago, from Newegg, Cyberpower, tech support forums, trying to fix it. This computer has been nothing but hell.

Out of the box, new from newegg, the video card wasn't even in, and cords weren't hooked up. I hooked it up and such, and went to turn it on and the power supply didn't work. Got the computer exchanged for a new one right away (I wish I realized this is a very bad sign, and went with a different company other than Cyberpower) the exchange process took forever because newegg couldn't understand the issue, thought it was shipping problems, that made a video card fall out of it's slot. They didn't speak english well, so the tech support process took months and I was without a computer. This was a year ago when I first purchased it.

I finally got a working computer, and this thing is great when it runs right. Ultra settings in all games, I can run as many programs as I need. But then 6 months after I got it exchanged, it started running loud, my videos started being laggy, and it would shut down randomly. Then it started blue screening, seemingly randomly; sometimes watching videos, sometimes playing games, sometimes doing nothing on the desktop or idle. Slowly at first, once every few days, then it would be every day, then after a few weeks or a month all the time. I first talked to this forum about fixing it, and we couldn't find a solution.

What we did last time on the sevenforums:

    First week of blue screens:
    Cleaned inside
    Different Anti-Virus/scans
Updating drivers / driver sweeper, reinstalling
chkdsk made it stable for a few days at first
MemTest three times for 7+ passes and 0 errors
Video Stress test, no crashes, temps were decent

Later it was blue screening even in safe mode so we tried:
System restore made it stable for a day or two
    System File checker, no errors
CPU stress test 0 errors 0 warnings after running 4-5 hours
MemTest again for longer 0 errors
Advanced Drive Fitness Test finished successfully 0x00

And then the computer wouldn't start at all. It blue screened after the windows loading screen, I wasn't able to boot to the win 7 CD to run repair, it loaded the files, got to the windows screen and blue screened. The computer was even freezing in BIOS.

At this point, I decided to just ship it back to my manufacturer for free tech maintenence. I paid for shipping of course. Cyberpower tech seems to not do their jobs well, or gives crappy, used parts. They couldn't figure out the problem, but eventually did and replaced the motherboard and harddrive, and reinstalled win 7. I got my computer back and it was great... for two weeks. Then it started blue screening, again. After all the problems I've had, I wrote a colorful email, asking why this was happening to my computer. I had it sent in again for maintenance. They couldn't figure it out and called me on the phone, I had to tell them what i have tested, which parts passed the tests, etc. Eventually, I got an email saying there was a loose CPU in the computer, most likely caused by shipping.

I am not tech savvy so honestly I dont know if the CPU was loose and causing it, or if it's the crap parts Cyberpower uses (I've read horror stories similar to mine) or what. I have spent so much money in shipping this thing around trying to get it fixed, more than it is worth obviously...it is very frustrating. Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to give the details I could. I wish I knew more about the problem. I am at a loss and really need this computer to stay working. I cannot afford a new one, nor expensive parts for this one. My warranty is done with Cyberpower, so any fixing comes out of my pocket, which would be tough at the moment.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x64
    - Original OS
    - OEM
    - Age of the system is a year and a halfish to my understanding, with new random parts that are probably not new from Cyberpower
    - The OS was last installed about 3 months ago.

    Thanks for any help.

PS: I contacted Cyberpower, and this is what they had to say this time:
"I do apologize for the problem you are experiencing with your computer. Try to remove any external usb devices you have plugged in and see if it would blue screen. You can also try reformatting the hard drive and reloading the operating system and drivers for the motherboard and video card then see if it would blue screen on you without installing any other software. This way we can determine it to be a hardware or software issue.
You are, unfortunately, out of our 1 year warranty period for this computer. If you purchased extended warranty, you can obtain warranty service from the company where you purchased your extended warranty from. The individual parts in the computer might also be covered for a period of greater for one year by the original manufacturer of those components. You would need to check with the manufacturers of those components for more detail on the warranty period."

You uploaded the executable not the data. Try this method.

No DMP files included in upload please try this method

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:
    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.
    To ensure minidumps are enabled:
    * Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
    * Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
    * Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
    * Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
    * Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    * OK your way out.
    * Reboot if changes have been made.

It only made one file, but there are were least 4-5 blue screens yesterday all in a row, it seems to freeze on the blue screen even. Then it shut down and wouldn't start for a bit. But it's fine today. Very random.

I also fixed my post with the correct files, sorry about that.

I have a friend that works at an IT shop, and he suggested perhaps just my parts don't go well together. He suggested trying new RAM, since it could just not fit right with the board?
