Random BSOD crashes with various reasons

I just put togheter and did a fresh Win7x64 sp1 instalation on the system spec on my profile info and I'm constantly (after installing chipset/sound/video and any relevant up-to-date drivers) experiencing random BSOD's of various natures and reasons.

UPD: The lastest 3 BSODs were about the following reason: memory_management

I hope I've attached everything, the program used to collect the data you need trigger a BSOD itself while running the where.exe I belive, so i'm attaching everything it let's me.

Some context, the overclocking utilities and built'-in overclocking features of the mobo are disabled (tried on/off), everythign regarding CPU/DRAM is in auto.

I somehow suspect of the Soundblaster X-fi.... it's just my gut, but I'll appreciate if you guys can confirm what excatly is causing the crashes doing that debugging awesomenes you do.

Thanks in advance and I hope i find some help in here.
