Bluescreen BCCode 124 on new setup

I dont know what it is but I am having some terrible luck. I get this BSOD every couple hours, dont know what it is. I installed all the drivers from the motherboard disc so I dont know what could be the cause. Also, for some reason my NIC will randomly disappear. I have to keep plugging/unplugging the cable out to get it to finally come back, but I shouldnt have to do that . I am running Win 7 64bit, thanks for any help.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .
Quote:
A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress
Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP. return to the default settings at least for now.
If you are running a RAID update its driver.
