BSOD when I play flash videos

I get crashes when I play flash videos, it happens on multiple websites. Mostly higher resolution videos.
It's never instant, always after maybe 5-10 minutes of playback, sometimes much longer.

The BSOD is ALWAYS caused by this, but the message of the BSOD varies, I think I've seen at least 4 different messages (USB_BAD_..., DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, Memory parity Hardware malfunction, etc.)

I think the problem might be with the ATI drivers, though I tried every possible driver, even modified the newer ones that didn't work to try them.

I tested the memory with Memtest86+ (just once, don't think thats the culprit).

The laptop came with XP, and I never had this particular problem under XP, but I just upgrated to 7 and been having these problems ever since.

I just realised that this dump is a bit dated (but it's still the same problem)
Though it reminds me of another problem, the computer freezes when the BSODs happen, so maybe that's why it's not writing the dumps properly. I say that because the option to reboot after BSODs is enabled but it won't reboot, and there's loadings sometimes on these BSODs (to write the dump i think) that don't complete.
