Aslo noted. 1.You should update to SP1 asap.

Please download Malwarebytes free.
Update immediately.
Run a full system scan.

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.
Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

BTW,another few things:
i have a clean WIN 7 (just had a full format)
no OC
no overheat (games runs smoothly on max settings (till the restart))
now i'll test HDD and ram ( but i dont think this is the problem because everything was ok until ive upgraded to 580 GTX
and run Malwarebytes with windows update...
will be updating soon
can you put the old video card back in and see if you still get bsod?
if you don't get the bsod with old card then i think we can limit down to ( psu or video card).

well the strAAAAngest thing happend ....ive installed al the win updates , unplugged vid card and ram , and plugged back...seems to be working now...played BF and LOST PLANET 2 for around 2 H , nothing went wrong...
i mean...what the hell? hate to get problem fixed by miracle ....
