    Update f-secure.

You appear to have memory issues; run the boot version of Memtest86+ paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial.

Do you have any mismatched memory (memory bought at different times/from different manufacturers/at different frequencies)?

If memory passes, run Driver verifier:
    1. Backup your system and user files
    2. Create a system restore point
    3. If you do not have a Windows 7 DVD, Create a system repair disc
    4. Run Driver Verifier

If Windows cannot start in normal mode with driver verifier running, start in safe mode. If it cannot start in safe mode or normal mode, restore the system restore point using System Restore OPTION TWO.

Thanks to zigzag3143 for contributing to the above steps.

You also have a common application error that can be fixed via: Event ID 10 is logged in the Application log after you install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
And another one via: Event ID 4107 or Event ID 11 is logged in the Application log in Windows and in Windows Server

Also recommend downloading the latest version of f-secure, uninstalling your current version, and then installing the latest version. You may have to restart in between uninstall and install. If you need help removing the program, let me know. Edit: the uninstall tool is the best way to uninstall the program, so use ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/uitool/ and download the .exe file.

You appear to have some system file issues. Recommend running SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
