    Probably caused by : lvrs.sys ( lvrs+bd73 )
The specific file in question is related to the Logitech Kernel Audio Filter Module that comes with Logitech webcam suite. It allows the user to enhance/customize audio.

    - Boot into safe mode
    - Remove the driver
    - Restart
    * If you use/need the driver then:
    - Visit Logitech's website
    - Download the latest driver
    - Install the latest driver
    - Reboot and test

Thanks for replying. I do have a logitech webcam that is not plugged-in. I will update the logitech drivers but can other people check the dump files to really confirm the cause? (no offence to compsciencegure.just want to confirm :))
