Well, that didn't take long. Renamed the extension, restarted the computer so the driver didn't load and got a Blue Screen and reboot a couple of minutes later.

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure how to determine if I have any unnecessary ones...sorry.

I have attached a new report that I just ran. I had about 5 BODs last night which is back to normal.

Thanks again

At this point I'm so frustrated, I'm willing to do a fresh install of Windows. Does anyone know if that usually solves the matter?

Thanks!

Thank you for your suggestions.

1. No problems after the scan
2. I don't have any USB devices attached to the computer which is why it's strange that I keep getting a message that one of the "devices attached to this computer" is not recognized.

3. I downloaded the Data Security Manager - when I click on the .exe file it asks if I want to repair it or remove it. I'm not sure which to choose?

Thanks so much.

You must remove the current version of the Data Security Manager then install the latest one.
