It's saying it cannot detect a problem. I'll run it a few more times though. Any other suggestions?

Have you tried Safe Mode? If you can get into Safe Mode, you could look in Event Viewer by going into Start Menu and typing Event Viewer into the search programs and files. Check Window Logs -> Application logs and System logs for any errors.

Only error I have under apps, is one from last night. Spybot, Source- SidebySide, EventID 63,
Today I just have information logs and one warning log for Winlogon, EventID 6000.
Under system I have a lot of errors today. The list is :

Source : Service Control Manager, EventID : 7001. That one appears about each time I restarted.

Source: DistributedCOM, EventID: 10005

and one critical Kernel-Power EventID 41. But im pretty s ure thats because of manual restart

Kernel power is due to a manual reset, as you said. I will look into the others... EventID: 7001 and EventID: 10005

I'll be out the remainder of the day. If the above fail, try going through Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup starting in Safe Mode and seeing if you can get to Normal mode to do a Repair Install (recommend backing up your important user files before attempting this in case the install fails due to your stability issues), and if that does not work try rolling back to restore points.

If nothing works, backup your important user files and Clean Install Windows 7 as you cannot do a repair install to Windows if Windows will not run normally.
