    Is Microsoft.NET Disabled?

Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features - Turn Windows Features on or off and select .NET Framework.

Try updating .NET Framework, Flash, Java, DirectX, Drivers and Windows Updates, of reinstalling the game.

I hope this is what you mean by logs :)

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Not sure what you mean by "uninstall" but you can't uninstall DirectX.....

    - DirectX: Cannot Uninstall or Remove DirectX

    - How i can uninstall Directx 11 ??

You can check this as well.....

The only official ways of removing a version of DirectX are to go back to a system restore point where the current version was installed or to re-install your operating system. The former relies on the installation of DirectX being fairly recent while the latter option is an extreme solution since it means you will have to re-install all your programs and copy back your data.
