what antivirus do you use? and do you use groove monitor? i see that is charging 50%/60% of your CPU. I'm guessing you don't need it. so just go to uninstall programs & features and click change in Microsoft office groove and un check Microsoft groove and restart. see if your CPU usage still remains high. post back after doing this.

could you right click and "open file location" ? cause i don't know what that is
edit: i go-ogled and understand that it appears when using bit-torrent. are you using or do you have bit-torrent installed? and be sure that there are lots of reasons which cause the "high CPU usage" problem. and how come you don't use any antivirus? I recommend you http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...ity-essentials Microsoft security essentials. it is light, good protection & free of cost.

    any update?
and if you are using bittorrent: i found these steps from another source:-
First you will need to open your taskbar and locate the process for program "btdna.exe" as it will be running. Next click on it and terminate the process then exit the task bar. Locate your "RUN" command (check in accessories) In the "Open:" area type: "C:\Program Files\DNA\btdna.exe" /UNINSTALL & Click OK. If that fails click on browse and locate the file. Click to open it then add subcommand /UNINSTALL. If your PC has a USERS directory you will have to locate which user owns the program and delete it from there. NOTE: Don't forget to delete the DNA file and subs. Now that btdna.exe is idle and gone you can delete the others.
