Unknown computer showing up on network, YOUR-4DACD0EA75. What is it?

It seems to me that just recently (last 3-4 months) this computer started showing up on my parents network. I cannot open it up or access it, and when I do, it simply states "Windows cannot access \\YOUR-4DACD0EA75". At the same time, I have had issues with random/inconsistent shutdowns, but I am unable determine a cause, and I am unsure if is related to the issue i bring up.
My biggest concern is that it is some type of malware/adware etc. I currently use super antispyware professional, and 2 separate occasions, i would use the rescue scan, which would require me to reboot. I do, and that computer will disappear for a random amount of time (1 hr, 2 hrs), but does eventually reappear, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
