Windows 7: BSOD playing different games / Error BCCode 116

Hello there
I built a new computer and while it usually works ok, when i try to play games it randomly crashes giving me Bluescreen errors with BCCODE 116. It happens when playing either 3d (ex duke nukem forever) or 2d games (ex limbo)
I managed to chatch one of those bluescreens them and will copy it at the end of the post
I think it may be the graphic card not working, since it seems is the one that crashes, but i don't know what else to do since i got the latest drivers from nvidia and it's still crashing. I have drivers version 285.66

I would really appreciate if anyone could orient me on what the problem could be, i cannot understand the dump at all but maybe you can see where the problem is and give me a hint on where i should look further
