Random BSODs sometimes, last occured during bootup.

    Hi!
Some months ago we bought a Eee PC1015PN. It had W7 STARTER installed. After using it for a while, the netbook seemed to be slow and bloated. So I chose to get a w7 ultimate. After Windows installation, I started to install the drivers from asus site. Installing the video card drivers was a pain, I had to reinstall the windows once again because of this. The problem was, I installed the wireless drivers and connected to the internet, then installed Graphics Switch and selected OPTIMUS, restarted, but then WINDOWS started installing both drivers, one for GMA3150 and another one for NVIDIA ION and I got a bsod right away. Next time I got them installed correctly I think, because now there seems to be no problems, youtube 1080p is playing just fine and smooth. But now sometimes, my netbook has BSODs, which I think are still somehow related to the GMA and NVIDIA OPTIMUS thingy. ALL the drivers are installed and I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x86 SP1 with all the updates and stuff.
Could someone help me please. I was thinking about connecting asus for assistance but I remember that their support is really, really awful so i skipped that.

    Greets.

The dump files are in attachments.

Asus Eee PC 1015PN 10.1" System Specs:
    CPU:Atom N570
    GPU:Intel GMA3150/Ion2 w OPTIMUS
    MEMORY:2GB RAM
    OS:Retail WIN7 ULTIMATE x86
    Bought the netbook in September.

There is a Memory error can be caused by a Driver Or bad ram sticks:

I recommend you to do Memtestx86: Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Also are you using any CD virtualization programs ?? like poweriso ....

Memory should be OK cause when I used the Windows 7 Starter edition everything was running fine.
And Im not using any CD virtualization programs. I think it has to be related to drivers but I dont know which of them. I downloaded the latest drivers from asus site -> ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Eee- ASUS Eee PC 1015PN. And the NVIDIA ION driver from NVidia site. I pretty much think it is related to OPTIMUS and ASUS GRAPHICS SWITCH. The graphics switch is a program for switching between nvidia ion and optimus(ion + GMA), after a settings change I need to restart to apply changes. The BSOD seems to occur because of a setting change in graphics switch. After changing the settings and restart means a BSOD during the FIRST BOOT AFTER confirming CHANGES. The second boot seems to be without bsods but i dont want to test to see if it is true.

Or should I go back to starter which I would not like as I have much better battery life with OPTIMUS. I googled a bit and there seems to be many people with optimus problems. Or I should get it to a IT pro?

please, could somebody check VGA drivers from there - ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download Eee PC 1015PN
I installed the driver named "Intel VGA Pineview Driver V8.14.10.2364 for Win7" for intel GMA, but I also see there are some "nvidia GMA" drivers which I am now thinking maybe are for Intel GMA. You see, I thought these were for NVidia ion, so I downloaded ion drivers from Nvidia site, but now, i'm not thinking that way. Could anyone confirm that those are indeed intel gma drivers, not nvidia ion drivers cause maybe those drivers are meant for better compatibility between ion2 and gma3150. I would download those files myself but my internet connection is toooooooo slow for that. So could somebody help me out!?

UPDATE: YES, it is related to video card drivers, I changed OPTIMUS(GMA and ION hybrid) back to NVidia ION and I again got the blue screen first time booting, but the interesting thing is when I switch from ION to OPTIMUS I get no BSODs whatsoever. NOW i just need somebody to check the gpu driver from asus site named "Nvidia Graphics media accelerator" and see if it is a driver for INTEL GMA or NVIDIA ION as the BSOD seems to be a problem of INTEL GMA drivers. Any help would be appreciated. THX!

googled a bit but there seems to be no one with the exact symtops i am having.
Just noticed that the nvidia "run with graphics processor" context menu item is not working in optimus. The only program which uses ION in optimus mode seems to be the nvidia control panel according to nvidia gpu activity monitor. Should I proceed with reinstallation of drivers? I don't want to ruin something that is somehow working as I dont have a solid internet connection here right now in case I could ruin my OS.

    same same

I also have a 1015PN and I also have problems after upgrading (from 7 Starter to Home Premuim in my case), and the problem is with nVidia ION driver installation. After installing that driver, when I restart the computer everything is fine untill I log on my account - then the computer just dies, the screen goes black and the computer dosen't do anything.
I have to restore the computer to before the nVidia istallation.
I have no solution to this, but if anybody have some idea i'll glady try anything, because now I can't use ION graphics, so no HD vido for me, and no games.
