Hey, hroshid and welcome to sevenforums,

Your BSOD it caused by Symantec antivirus so delete it and replace it with MSE (atleast to test): Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
And report back if you experience an other crash

    Merry Christmas Gianni,
It’s awesome, after uninstall Norton its work fine, but after install Microsoft security essential it crash to BSOD.
Then I uninstall it and DVD work again just fine.
Recently had updated windows, might some of them creating this problem?

    Thanks lot.

Hey, ok Norton isn't removed completly I see the BSOD is still caused by it so try the Norton Removal Tool: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/englis...moval_Tool.exe

Run it. When ready reboot and see if you get any bsod's or not :)
    so report back then

    Hi, Thanks again,
I have done run Norton removal tool, and dvd work fine, then install Microsoft Security Essential but BSOD happened again, after uninstall MSE antivirus its working fine again, I have tried couple of dvd its working good.
How can I protect from virus now? Do you think it’s better to format my hard drive and reinstall windows?
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks

Well... if I look at your dump there are some security processes that crashed...

But maybe try avast free instead of MSE: avast! Free Antivirus - Download Software for Virus Protection (choose free version)

    Hi Gianni,
Thanks for your patient for helping me.
With Avast same result, it crash to BSOD, after uninstall and restart windows, dvd working fine again.
Recently dvd drive took bit longer time to load any disk, is it related to any hardware issue too?
    Regards
