    PC

    MBO: Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3 v2.0
CPU: Amd Phenom II X4 630
    VGA: VTX3D Radeon HD 5750 1GB DDR5 HV2 (replaced the old gainward nvidia 6600GT 128MB)
PSU: Corsair CX500 (replaced the old Aopen 350W)
RAM: Transcend DDR2 800 2GB x2 (old configuration had only one module, i've added another one together with the PSU and VGA)

Now, first i've installed the original vga drivers that came with the card - PC kept crashing,
I've downloaded the latest VGA drivers - same result
Updated the BIOS - same result
Removed the new ram module - same result

Now i don't have any other ideas what to do next.

If someone can help me by looking at the dump files that are attached i would be very thankful.
Is it possible that the graphics card is faulty?

    Thanks, best regards
    Davor

EDIT: sorry, the OS is Windows 7 x64 professional retail

Now it happened again when i started bsplayer for the first time. i've changed the renderer from default internal overlay to internal direct draw and after i selected it the computer crashed and a BSOD appeared. After restarting the bsplayer is running normally. On the BSOD there was a message about atikmpag.sys. the dump files are attached
