BSOD for no reason HELP. I don't know why

I have a BSOD and it only happened once (so far) This is what it said after:

Hi.

Remove symantec\norton from your system.


Download,install and use Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.


Update Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter - Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card.


Broadcom.com - Downloads & Support

Ive tried so many things from uninstalling Avast, Alcohol 120%, any Sonic software i saw, using Microsoft Security Essentials now...as well as updating all the drivers i knew how.
