Windows 7: Bluescreen error

hi, can some body help me with this problem I have a dell inspiron mini 1018 netbook. I had a boot error so I decided to do a custom installation of windows 7 in it. After finishing i just downloaded BIOS drivers from dell website but soon after installing my pc failed to boot. Now when I try to boot I keep on getting a bluescreen error. The worst part is that I cant even boot in safe mode(blue screen keeps on appearing). Somebody pls help me with this!!

Did you actually follow his advice?
