Alright, I'll do that now. Let's hope it solves the issue.

Still no luck, two sticks will boot into Windows, but it BSODs or just reboots randomly, and the other two will not boot Windows.

Are the memory modules under warranty still? Might request replacements from the manufacturer.

G.Skill claims they have a lifetime warranty, I'll see if they stick to it so I can get them replaced.

I just submitted an RMA to G.Skill, we'll see in a day or two if they accept it.

I just got a reply from G.Skill with an RMA number. It sounds like they are gonna replace them like their warranty says.

I got my new replacement RAM from G.Skill this week. I see they sent me brand spanking new RAM, because the MFG date is Jan 2012, and It has that awesome new technology smell.
I installed the RAM, it booted into windows, and froze. I rebooted a few times, it got to the point where it didn't even boot. Then I remembered that article about the ASUS I/O shield, so I took my PC apart and took the I/O shield out, then right now I have only the bare minimums for a PC to work, (HDDs, RAM, Power cables, hdd led, etc.) and the case USB plugged into the motherboard. It is working perfectly now, allowing me to type this post. I'm just going to build up the PC one part at a time, and boot it to a live linux flash drive with each new part. Then I should be able to get it figured out.

That doesn't hurt anything using a PC without an I/O shield does it? (If that turns out to be the problem)

I got my computer all together again, except for the I/O shield, It seems to be working great, fast and the USB ports on the front are working without freezing my PC. Hopefully I fixed it.
