BSOD at random, sometimes right after boot

Machine randomly blue screens giving different errors each time (0x1a,0x1e,0x19,0x3b). I turned on verifier according to the settings I've seen posted in this thread and attached is a ZIP of all of the information requested in the sticky. (It hasn't crashed since I turned on verifier but I will post the zip again when/if it does.

    Computer information is:

None of these were with verifier enabled. Please type verifier query after you have enabled it and upload the snip to us

    Verifier Query

I'm not exactly sure what you meant by your post, but here is what I did.

I enabled verifier with the help of this thread: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

After restarting I ran "verifier /log" and then ran "verifier /query". Attached is the log I think it generated.

Thank you and if you need anything else let me know.

Newest crash was related to netio.sys Usually that is from your malware app, or malware

    What malware app and firewall?

I've switched between avg and mse but have gotten crashes and error messages relating to both of them so I uninstalled them both. Right now I have none installed but I ran Malwarebytes full scan yesterday so I'm pretty sure my computer is clean.

    0x0000003b BSOD

BSOD again with the error code 0x0000003b, attached is the minidump log.

Is there any way to see if my motherboard is broken and I need a new one? Would a clean install of windows fix this?

Memory exception Related to atikmpag.sys AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

    I would re-install newest
